Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same new condition will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange. Yes, of course, we do! If you wish your item to be sent by Royal Mail, the order needs to be placed before 2 PM, if you want it to be sent by DPD, then the cut-off time is 4 PM.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We can cancel the order for you within 30 min of placing the order. Please bear in mind, that orders placed on Friday and during the weekend cannot be cancelled.

Yes, our warehouses are located just behind our local store. Exceptions we do not have are Blundstone shoes, New Rock, Demonia and a few leather jacket styles. If you want to come and try it on, just let us know and we can get the item for you within 2 days.
